Admission Policy
1. Child must be between the age of 12 months and 5.
2. Complete master card and third party release record.
3.Immunization record.
4.Parent would meet with director, review policies and procedures , and agree to abide by the center's regulations.
5. Pay deposit and first weeks tuition.

THIRD PARTY RELEASE POLICY
A child will not be released to any person other than parent or guardian without the written permission of parent/guardian.
Persons who are authorized in writing to pick up a child must show proof of identification before a child will be released to a third party. Upon arrival child shall be signed in, Document time of arrival, bring child to teacher so teacher may acknowledge child is present.
